Karen Peters, Office Manager and Finance Administrator
Karen studied for the London Chamber of Commerce Secretarial Studies Certificate after leaving school and was awarded the top Pitman Prize in her year for her progress in shorthand. She travelled to Canada and worked as a nanny and then went on to work as a secretary, bookkeeper, administrator and account executive. She has studied customer care and bookkeeping and is a current member of the International Association of Bookkeepers.
Karen has been working for health professionals for the past 7 years, which she finds very rewarding. She also enjoys volunteering within the community and worked as a volunteer listener where she helped with training and mentoring. She also enjoys performing with a local amateur group. Karen has recently completed the Makaton Foundation Stage qualification.
